By placing an order with Aseel Thai Oud, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Payment Terms

All orders require 100% prepayment before processing. Your order will only be confirmed and prepared once the full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.

We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as specified during checkout.

2. Shipping Within Thailand

Orders within Thailand will be shipped within 5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

3. International Shipping

All international shipments of agarwood products require a CITES certificate (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species).

Processing time for international orders is about 5 – 10 days or longer due to CITES documentation process requirements. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Insurance Coverage

All shipments (domestic and international) are insured only for the invoice value shown on the shipping documents.

Additional Insurance: If you require insurance coverage beyond the invoice value, you must arrange your own DHL pickup directly from our office. Please contact us to coordinate the pickup.

5. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that all our Oud oils and wood chips are 100% pure and authentically sourced.

Each batch is documented with species origin, date, and region.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of natural aromatic products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually.
